DINING 

Breakfast 

Art Bridge Cafe for their French toast and eggs, its a must, plus they have a cute bookstore in the front.
Baguette Cafe on Abovyan- croissants and fresh juices are amazing
Eat&Fit on Aram street – nice to sit outside, very healthy / many Vegan options. Their oat-banana pancake is my fave.
Coast on Cascade – simple yummy breakfasts.

Lunch 

Limone on Cascade – Pizza and their apple pie is to die for. People watching is also fun.
Gastropolis – like a fun/fancy modern food court, they have all the options and cuisines,  near republic square. OH! you have to get there honey cake for dessert.
Lavash– modern Armenian food, everything is amazing.
Smoking Chef – overall good food.

Dinner 

Sherep next to Marriott – Bit more on the higher end, nice to people watch, get the Beef Stroganoff, best you will ever have.
Anteb – Very chilled vibes, old restaurant, one of the best – good lahmejoun, mantee and hummus.
Zeituna on cascade – Syrian/Armenian food.
Pahest 33 – DANCING AND DINING, super fun restaurant, on weekends you should book there is a great DJ and food is super good too.
Wine Republic on Cascade – delish thai food and great wines, sit outside.

Coffee/ Dessert

Mirzoyan Library – beautiful place, good coffee (very Instagramable)
Second Floor on Abovyan – again super Instagramable and they have an amazing vinyl store inside. Also a bar in there too.

Insider’s tips

While you walk around the streets of Yerevan you will find small bakeries on the street, usually the “gatta” pastry and cheese pastries are amazing, just follow the smells of sugar and butter. 

Nightlife 

The Basement – Underground small place on Abovyan, house/electronic music.
Pahest 33 – restaurant/ dancing
Forty Four Sky – nice music, amazing views.
All the bars on Saryan street are nice, IN VINO ss amazing for wine lovers and Tapastan

Sergei Parajanov Museum – art / theatre lovers

The Matenadaran – Manuscript museum

History Museum of Armenia –  a must go, especially if it’s your first time in Yerevan

Komitas Museum – music lovers must go

Cafesijian Centre for the Arts – great library and art inside Cascade

Vernissage Market on the weekends, very cool market, antiques, jewelry, clothes, gifts

Cocos Island – Cool concept store with only Armenian designers

MADE – also cool Armenian concept store

Light Effect – Cool Armenian streetwear brand with a store under the Yerdastartutyan metro Station

NUR Gallery – Beautiful high-end jewelry and art in the Mariott Hotel. Must see, he is a true Armenian creative
