As traveling has been restricted for a while, we find ourselves looking for local escapes, and to say that our options are limited would be a lie. From South to North, little gems can be found all over. Here is a short guide to some of our favorite staycations in Lebanon for this summer, where you can relax and have the best time, while supporting local businesses.

 What?  Bayt el Jabal is a guesthouse and restaurant, open all year long. Set in one of the most beautiful places, you’ll enjoy the mountain breeze and endlessly beautiful landscapes.

What?  Also known as Le Chateau Belle-Vue’s winery, this property has one of the most interesting pasts as a vacation home to more than one historic figure. The bed and breakfast hotel overlooks an old vineyard with a view of the Mediterranean. Along with a peaceful stay, you can have access to hiking paths, bicycles to roam around, and a wine-tasting tour upon request.

What?  Perfect for a couple’s haven just as well as a nice family getaway, this small paradise in the heart of the Bekaa valley offers everything we ask for.
