Crush Of The Week

All the fashion things we have our eyes on this week

Autumn-winter on planet Fashion is looking super exciting. From inspiring collabs to new colors making their way into our dressings, we’re making room to welcome novelty and fabulousness that will gladly light up a few grey days this season.
Lacoste, Jimmy Choo, Longchamp and more, here’s a round-up of what we’re crushing on this week.

The past few years, the beloved French brand launched numerous super cool collabs, from Pokemon to Toiletpaper, André, D’Heygere or Filt, recreating quirky versions of the cult Pliage. This newest drop, a tribute to the late American artist Robert Idiana, is bound to know similar success as previous limited editions. The artist’s LOVE image became an inevitable icon of the 20th century, making it one of the world’s most recognizable artwork.

I have always admired the late American artist Robert Indiana, partly because I felt his work, which is so graphic in style and optimistic in tone, really matched the bold spirit and bright energy of Longchamp. Love is universal, a positive message that is understood all over the world, and I liked the idea of reproducing this message on Le Pliage®, a universally beloved bag. I love the idea of releasing an ephemeral collection created to last forever”, says Sophie
Delafontaine, Longchamp Creative Director and grand-daughter of the founder.

We clearly have our eyes on the XS handbag in green and the travel bag, perfect for funky staycays.

Jimmy Choo is introducing a new hue we didn’t know we needed in our closet. It’s chic, it’s bold, it’s cassis. Not mauve, not lilac but a refined violet that screams luxe and that compliments basically every other color you already own in that wardrobe. It’s true; think about it: orange? yes. Yellow? also. Blue, red, pink, white, green, black? Indeed!

Played out across Jimmy Choo’s Autumn 2023 collection, this rich shade is taking over classics, new styles and handbags.

We really dove into the universe of Parfums De Marly just last year and let’s just say that to know it is to love it. The haute parfumerie maison was founded in 2009 by Julien Sprecher, who’s also the house’s creative director, and has quickly become a favourite in our region. We’ve become literally obsessed with their Valaya fragrance but this autumn, we’re warming up with their newly launched Althair, a unisex bold scent.
For the first time, Althaïr explores a majestic, subtle and surprisingly fresh vanilla that is elegant, generous and charismatic,” says Sprecher.
When we tell you everyone has been asking us what perfume we’re wearing …

Your new every day best friend, The Bea handbag of YSL by Anthony Vaccarello is the right type of format to carry all your daily essentials and will leave you looking stylish doing so. Its supple structure and reversed bonded construction gives it a modern yet convenient touch that every person constantly on the go will appreciate.
Featuring the iconic cassandre signature in light bronze, it posseses a main compartment with ideally, an internal zipped pocket and two internal lace-up strings to fold in the sides of the bag.
The Bea comes in black deer leather, ideal to match every outfits.

Is there really a need to introduce Venus Williams? The Champion athlete, entrepreneur, gender equity advocate. has had an incredible influence on many that transcends the sports world. Williams has been a Lacoste ambassador since 2022 and now, almost 2 years later, she’s unveiling a collection between the brand and her own label EleVen by Venus Williams.
At EleVen, our mission is to inspire women to feel confident and help them achieve their goals, so they can become the best versions of themselves in all areas of their life. This collaboration with Lacoste embodies that same ethos. It was an honor to work with their team to design a collection that not only reflects EleVen’s commitment to empowering women, but also pays homage to the rich history and legacy of Lacoste.” – Venus Williams

This collection comprises of 18 pieces from a nylon tracksuit to – Venus’ fav piece – a short sleeved striped polo shirt, and is almost entirely designed for women minus a few unisex pieces. The campaign was shot in vibrant New York City, the backbone of American fashion and a beautiful representation of infinite possibilities.

To try them is to love them. Founded by three inspiring women, Burcu Tanman, Yagmur Zirh, and Damla Zirh, Moeva was born out of the wish to feel confident and stylish both in and out of the water. The name came from from “Mo” which stems from a Far Eastern expression that means brave and powerful, and “Eva”, the first woman created.
The swimsuits are sophisticated and trendy, made in premium fabrics combining elegance and craftmanship.

The brand also has a line of ready-to-wear and accessories, to complete your look and assure you to be the queen of the beach.
