Nestled in the Artsy hub of Alserkal Avenue in Dubai, the Mirzam chocolate factory is both dedicated to the chocolate’s production and the sale of their delicious products.

From the cocoa bean’s roasting step to the hand wrapping of every bars, Mirzam is as transparent as possible, enabling their customers to enjoy a top quality product that has nothing to hide.

Their single origin collection is crafted from beans originating from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.

From the orange-cinnamon bar to the fennel and dates one, all the associations, sometimes very innovative and daring, were all of them beautiful discoveries and surprises.

As Mirzam is truly at the heart of Chocolate Art, their wrapping papers are made by talented regional artists, and if you are one yourself, they are always on the lookout for new talents (pay them a quick visit here).

Their new season is going above and beyond with a selection ranging from Dark Milk with Coconut, White Chocolate with Jaggery & Roasted cashews or 62% Dark Chocolate with Chili and Alphonso Mango.
