The House of Gucci spins gold (and a little stardust) for Ramadan

Enter Gucci Nojum, the House’s latest ode to Ramadan—a collection that captures the glow of tradition, wrapped in the sleekest modern elegance.

Inspired by the Arabic word for ‘stars,’ Nojum is a study in contrasts—light and shadow, sand and sky, classic and contemporary. The collection sees Gucci’s most iconic designs—the Bamboo 1947, Jackie Notte, and Gucci Diana handbags—dipped in iridescent leathers that shimmer like desert mirages. And the footwear? Think timeless Horsebit loafers and Gucci Signoria slingbacks, pieces that move effortlessly from sunlit gatherings to starlit celebrations.

For both men and women, the silhouettes are airy, flowing, and impossibly elegant—an interplay of warm earth tones and celestial metallics, weaving together tradition and modernity in the most effortless way.

But Gucci Nojum isn’t just about the clothes—it’s about the feeling. The campaign set against a breathtaking desert backdrop, directed and shot by Dubai-based photographer Prod Antzoulis, captures the quiet beauty of Ramadan, where reflection and revelry go hand in hand.
