At Suarez, the balance between heritage and innovation is one of our core pillars. Every piece of jewelry is crafted with deep respect for our origins. From sourcing precious stones in their countries of origin to transforming them into our designs, each step is guided by a rigorous process, led by master jewelers and artisans dedicated to revealing the full potential of each gem. While we embrace modernity, we are not a transgressive jewelry house. Instead, we blend contemporary style with timeless elegance, adapting to the evolving tastes of our clients without ever losing our essence. Suarez is synonymous with contemporary craftsmanship.
What inspires the creative process behind Suarez's collections, and how does the brand stay ahead of trends in the luxury jewelry market?
Our designers draw inspiration from various elements that reflect the essence of Suarez: key historical moments of the brand, significant places tied to our legacy, and elements of nature. These serve as the three main sources of inspiration behind our collections. Additionally, an artistic movement that has consistently influenced Suarez’s designs, regardless of the era, is Art Deco. We’ve uniquely adapted its timeless codes to the world of jewelry like no other house. Many of our iconic pieces have been born from this influence and continue to stand the test of time. While we may make subtle adjustments in materials and form, we remain committed to evolving with the times to offer our clients precisely what they seek, without losing sight of our heritage.

Sustainability and ethical sourcing are becoming more important in the jewelry industry. How does Suarez ensure that its materials, such as diamonds and gemstones, are sourced responsibly?
One of our top priorities at Suarez is being involved in every step of the process, from sourcing raw materials to crafting the final piece of jewelry. By overseeing each stage closely, we significantly reduce the number of intermediaries, which in turn minimizes our environmental impact.We are committed to ensuring that all our gemstones meet the highest international standards for human rights, labor practices, and environmental protection. Additionally, all of our diamonds adhere to the requirements of the Kimberley Process, a certification scheme that guarantees the trade of conflict-free diamonds. This commitment allows us to uphold both ethical and sustainable practices throughout our entire supply chain.
As a family-run business that has grown internationally, what challenges have you faced in expanding the brand, and how do you maintain the personal touch that Suarez Jewelry is known for?
The personal touch you mentioned remains a cornerstone of Suarez because the family is still at the forefront of the company. Despite our exponential growth and international expansion, we’ve ensured that our family’s direct involvement continues at every stage. From sourcing the finest gemstones at their origin to overseeing each part of the production process, my father, my uncle, and I remain fully engaged.This hands-on approach allows us to maintain the essence of Suarez, ensuring that even as we expand, none of the personal attention or craftsmanship that defines us as a jewelry house is lost.

We are very excited about the opening of our new boutique in Jeddah. It’s a vibrant community with a deep appreciation for our creations, and we’ve felt incredibly supported from the very beginning.
