F45 Training Session for Charity — Sunday, October 20th
Join us for an invigorating F45 training session at F45 Training DIFC, Dubai, on Sunday, October 20th. This high-intensity workout, known for its mix of cardio, strength, and endurance exercises, will bring the community together to raise funds for CCCL and ARC EN CIEL, a renowned Lebanese NGO dedicated to sustainable development.

For something a little lighter and furrier, JDEED Magazine will host Puppy Yoga on Saturday, November 2nd in partnership with YOPPY Puppy Yoga, offering two sessions that combine the calming practice of yoga with the joy of playful puppies. The proceeds from these sessions will be directed to support both PCRF and CCCL, contributing to their important missions of helping children in need.
