Dropping a decade after their breakout EP Afterhours, the new album is a vibrant homage to their roots, blending soulful R&B with neon-tinted '80s pop influences. About Majid Jordan
From making music in their college dorm to global recognition, Majid Al-Maskati and Jordan Ullman have redefined the R&B scene as Majid Jordan. Their journey kicked off with the 2013 EP Afterhours, a project that not only captivated dance music enthusiasts but also caught the ear of OVO Sound's Noah “40” Shebib. Signing to the Toronto-based label set the stage for their meteoric rise, including co-writing and co-producing Drake’s 6x-platinum smash “Hold On, We’re Going Home.”
